[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism and destination planning development services for developing strategic plans for municipal destination marketing organizations tourism departments.
- Development where attention can now be directed to growing the tourism industry
- Destination marketing efforts in-house and is focused on maximizing its allocated funds to develop the hospitality sector and leveraging the City’s tourism assets.
- Identifying, targeting, and developing new ways that the City may be best positioned to advance its tourism market
- Develop a tourism and destination strategic plan for destination marketing development which will guide the strategies, goals and direction of destination marketing efforts
- Destination marketing priorities, past marketing development plans, and targeted sectors and current services (i.e. hotels/lodging, local restaurants, marketing strategies, business attraction, incentives, etc.)
- Identification of potential new or enhanced tourism demand generators, including those that may be employed to offset shoulder season
- Strategies to enhance attractions, events or assets, including medical providers, to drive demand.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on September 22, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
