[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Water Utility Billing Customer Information System to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a commitment to sustainable, data-driven decision making,
- An enterprise-level system specializing in municipalities,
- The software must support meter, sewage, stormwater billing for residential and commercial customers,
- A software that allows for an integrated agnostic payment platform,
- The software must be easy to navigate and accessible to users of all skill levels,
- The software must offer robust reporting functionality,
- Software that is web-based, compatible with mobile devices, browser and operating system agnostic will offer the maximum benefit,
- A system availability better than 99.9% of the time,
- provide system implementation and integration services for the transition from our current software to the chosen solution, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 1, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
