[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to obtain enhanced investigation services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Arizona.
- The enhanced investigator shall conduct investigations to locate a parent who is evading communication with the PJAC child support case manager, they will also make contact with non-custodial parents and invite them to meetings with the child support case managers, in addition they will perform service of process for PJAC cases when normal routes are not working.
- The Division of Child Support Services helps families establish legal paternity for children, establish and enforce child support orders as well as help to locate non-custodial parents.
- Provide all services in a culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate manner to the population to be served.
- Be familiar with Arizona Child Support Enforcement Laws;
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional enhanced investigation services on an as needed basis;
- Begin work only upon issuance and establishment of a purchase order;
- Designate an investigator to support the PJAC grant plan;
- Collect information on the individual
- Determine the physical location/address of the NCP;
- Interview the NCP within fifteen (15) business days after contact. The interview questions are provided by the program as part of the investigation packet sent to the investigator;
- Provide the NCP with the Case Manager’s contact information via business card and, direct them to contact the Case Manager upon completion of the interview
