[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide consulting services on an as needed basis services are to assist the State of Arizona in understanding and maximizing federal resources and providing insight on coordinating public assistance and other federal funding sources to the government authority located in Arizona.
- The agency seeks to receive guidance from a consultant that will help Arizona and its constituents to maximize resources provided through, but not limited to, the FEMA Public Assistance program which will contribute to the swift and successful recovery of the state from the COVID pandemic.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the agency regarding the management and administration of FEMA’s Public Assistance program activities.
- Due to the nature of this task being “as needed,” the contractor will provide a task order based approach for pricing. Prior to initiating any tasks, the contractor will draft a work authorization outlining the understanding of support and deliverables for the Arizona Project Manager to review and approve.
- Daily tracking of all changes in DEMA’s Project Worksheet (PW) Tracker.
- Daily tracking of all Applicant contacts in DEMA’s Contact/CML Tracker.
- Track and report on the number of hours expended, budget expended, and hours and budget remaining on each task.
- Provide the client a weekly report detailing the project status, hours expended on each task, expenses incurred to date, and remaining budget.
- Before any travel related to this project is completed by the contracted staff, all requests must be approved by the Arizona Project Manager. The Arizona Project Manager will have full discretion to approve the purpose of travel including, the number of staff traveling, length of travel, and purpose of travel.
