Government Authority located in Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for armored car services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to protect the safety of employees that handle cash by using armored car services to pick up monies from various City facilities throughout the City limits and deliver to the locations to the government authority located in Arizona.
- Change fund monies being delivered to the City Cashier must be delivered by 12:00 p.m.
- Pickups shall not occur prior to 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m., unless specifically requested by the City. Once pickup times are established for each location, the Contractor must provide seven days prior written notice for any changes in established pickup times.
- In the event the Contractor is unable to provide service within the specified timeframe, due to unforeseen circumstances not within its control, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to promptly notify the City’s Contract Administrator or designee to make alternative arrangements that are mutually agreed upon.
- Contractor shall provide detailed security measures to ensure that only authorized personnel shall perform pickup and delivery for the City. Contractor shall notify the City immediately any time a change in authorized personnel occurs.
- The City reserves the right to change, add or delete service locations or frequency of service. The City will provide notification to the Contractor seven days prior to any changes being effective. Contractor’s billing must immediately reflect any requested changes in service.
- Contractor shall provide details on any new or additional services that could streamline the banking process, minimize accounting issues and/or help facilitate the receipt of credit to the City’s bank account throughout the term of the contract.
