[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide alternative options to be utilized as an as-needed service in order to assist the in-house work group in order to complete requests for Geocoding in a timely manner to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Geocoding is to be done to the highest level of reliability that is reasonably possible for each record, and a field for each geocoded address reporting its reliability level is to be added to all results provided.
- For deaths, to decedent residence address as provided, and also to injury location. If injury location is at home, then the residence address may be used for injury location, and
- For births, to mother’s residence address as provided.
