[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transport services of thermal vacuum chamber including economical transport for moving a large (oversize) thermal vacuum chamber and associated support equipment and hardware from the current storage site to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- The vacuum chamber is located inside of a large packing and crating warehouse. Jan Packaging Inc., will provide access to the chamber to load the vacuum chamber through a 20’W x 30’H access door and use a 125-ton crane to load it onto the transport trailer.
- Vendor shall transport vacuum chamber, blower package, vibration isolation legs, gantry lift with two electric winches, front door support wheel, transformer, electric panel switch gear, rail trolley base, and rail trolley.
- Obtain and provide all route plans, coordinate with regulatory agencies for special permits, inspections, truck mechanics, escorts, and all other(s) that may be required to legally and safely transport all equipment as described.
- Securing the vacuum chamber to the transport trailer. Providing all straps, dunnage, and cribbing necessary to secure the load from shifting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
