Government Authority located in Phoenix, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fare inspection and security services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fare inspection and security services for fare inspection throughout the alignment and mobile patrol personnel to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- These services include, but are not limited to, foot patrol onboard trains and station platforms to check for valid fare media, provide a security presence and citation issuance for transit ordinance violations throughout the entire rail system
- Additionally, security officers will provide an overall security presence at the facilities and transit centers where assigned
- Duties may include the deterrence of unauthorized entry to facilities, inspecting buildings for improperly closed/unlocked doors, monitoring CCTV, patrolling both on foot and using a cart, escorting passengers to automobiles, roving security patrols in a vehicle to deter vandalism and graffiti as well as random fare inspection and response to calls for service
- Contractor shall provide a highly qualified and stable workforce through a worker retention plan and compensation package to include but not limited to an incentive pay program for continued improved employee performance and productivity
- The Contractor will be responsible for functioning as a communications dispatcher, part time recruiter, trainer, supervisor, receive and record a variety of weekly and monthly incident reports from Security Officers and other non-security personnel as needed
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 22, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2020.
