[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee relations investigative services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Arizona.
- conducting or assisting with investigations regarding grievances and/or employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation or violations/non-compliance
- Conduct or assist with investigations regarding employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation or violations/non-compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct or assist with investigations regarding grievances.
- Conduct or assist with interviews of involved parties
- Organize and index documents.
- Prepare reports
- conducting an investigation, interviewing witnesses, analyzing facts and data, preparing written reports, presenting report findings verbally to an executive-level audience, and testifying as an expert witness
- analyze and resolve problems; review and evaluate the work of others; prioritize and plan; establish and maintain effective relations with those contracted in the course of work; analyze and evaluation a wide variety of data and materials, such as performance evaluations, discipline, personnel rules, grievances, statistical analyses, annual reports, financial reports, and various other records and reports; communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral form; work with limited
supervision; exercise independent judgment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
