[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal services of real and personal property, as well as other various services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- multiple appraisers to provide appraisals, appraisal reviews
- Identify, consider, and analyze any prior sale of the property within five (5) years of the appraised date of value and include said information and analysis within the appraisal report.
- Utilize before and after appraisal methodology, suitable for the assignment, when appraising partial acquisitions and/or proposed easement acquisitions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
