[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide standards-based assessment platform
- The District seeks an educational assessment system that can be used for the planning, implementation, and assessment of instruction aligned to the Arizona State Standards for its K-8 and 9-12 schools. The system will provide assessments that allow for measurements of growth from one administration to the next across a single school year as well as multiple school years. Results should be available immediately and be inclusive of all types of assessments including, formative, interim, benchmark, adaptive, cumulative, etc. This cloud-based, online assessment solution should be accessible to stakeholders at all times and instructional planning as well as early intervention/enrichment and progress monitoring.
- Approximately three-thousand (3,000) users will be utilizing this program concurrently.
1. Provide extensive documentation describing how the product functions. Include all details about the  hardware standards for both hosted and remote servers and client requirements compatible with Windows, MAC, iOS, Chrome, and Android operating systems.
2. Provide information regarding all necessary upgrades for the duration of this proposal including costs if  applicable.  
3. Must interface with Clever Integration Tools as well as The Google Educational Suite and Infinite Campus.
4. Confidentiality of District information is required. When submitting a proposal for an ‘Application Service Provider’ (ASP), Offerors shall note that all communications must be done through ports 80 and 443.
 5. System must also inter-operate with the District’s existing Internet connections and Caching devices. System must support a minimum of 128-bit encryption. Offeror shall provide details of the proposed system’s encrypting method.
6. Identify any software licensing required by AJUSD and where applicable provide samples of software licensing agreements.
7. Offeror shall provide demonstrated ability that the company has the resources and capability to provide the solution as described in this solicitation.  
- Reports shall indicate student growth performance relative to other students in the same grade in AJUSD and relative to state and national norms. Reports shall score on a continuum to allow for longitudinal comparisons of individuals and groups.
- Offeror shall provide a proven, ready-to-use online platform that uses variable levels of administrator/teacher privileges accessible from multiple locations during various hours
- Program shall provide an indicator of Lexile reading level for literacy assessments, as well as any other systems used to gauge reading levels, such as Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
