[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide community corrections risk needs assessment validation study/inmate programs and re-entry services to the government authority located in Arizona.
- Assess the internal reliability of ACCAT and determine whether individual items in the assessment are theoretically relevant and connected with the measurement of the criminogenic risk and needs factors.
- Assess the inter-rater reliability of ACCAT.
- Assess the predictive validity of ACCAT and make recommendations for changes in Cut-off Scores and possible elimination of items and change of item weighting.
- Evaluate the validity, reliability and efficacy of the ACCAT with attention to differences by sex and race;
- Develop recommendations for revision, as appropriate, to include change to scoring guides and training; and
- Make recommendation for enhancement of the use of this instrument for case management and supervision practice.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
