Government Authority located in Tempe, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for special education textbook adoption services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide special education textbook adoption services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.
- Embedded assessments and a data collection system to monitor and track student progress and needs.
- A data snapshot feature that can be incorporated into a student’s learning plan such as an individualized education plan.
- Class sets and student consumables with online access and digital access.
- Online resources should be able to be integrated into our learning management systems, schoology and school city.
- Materials and texts that have a universal design and visual approachability for high school aged students.
- A lesson planning component for teachers that is accessible and user-friendly.
- Curriculum that is targeted to address previously taught skills at the middle school levels and upper elementary levels.
- A curriculum that has clear step-by-step instruction for students and built-in reviews to address foundational skills and has engaging visual materials and graphics.
- A program that lends itself to assigning different sections and skill sets to different students based on their needs: must be specifically designed instruction.
- A curriculum and program that address or speak to culturally responsive classroom management and behavior management.
- Resources that help foster and nurture interests of culturally/racially diverse students.
- The resource needs to focus on developing one skill at a time and differentiate to different levels of proficiency within that skill.
- Students also will need to learn to work collaboratively.
- An all-encompassing curriculum that has the above components for Reading, Writing, and Math
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 16, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
