[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee relations investigative services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Conduct or assist with investigations regarding employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation or violations/non-compliance,
- Conduct or assist with investigations regarding grievances.
- Conduct or assist with interviews of involved parties.
- Produce written, recorded or paraphrased of interviews,
- Gather documents and records relevant to investigation including but not limited to: personnel files, dispositions of similar complaints, e-mails, memos, organizational charts, employee lists or rosters, phone or equipment records, billing or payroll records, photos, witness notes, letters, training records, computer hard drives, budget or financial records, and employee work products,
- Organize and index documents.
- Document findings.
- Prepare reports.
- Provide expert witness testimony if required
- The investigator shall designate a case investigator for each assigned project,
- Summarized status of current and completed cases. Shall include a description of any outstanding problems along with recommendations for alternative options or corrective actions and estimated completion dates for each case.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2020.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
