[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outpatient and inpatient, radiology physician services in the delivery of patient care to the government authority located in Chinle, AZ.
- The vendor shall evaluate and interpret all diagnostic imaging examinations and prepare comprehensive interpretive reports of findings.
- The vendor shall perform a wide variety of common and special radiologic diagnostic roentgenologic procedures.
- The vendor shall provide consultant services to other department heads and visiting physician to interpret radiological findings and assist in determining appropriate methods.
- The vendor’s routine duties shall include providing medical care and public health services.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
