Government Authority located in Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fleet management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management software.
- Cloud-based preferred if it can pass our internal approval processes.
- Customers must be notified within 24 hours of any breach of the data center or any application hosted there, even if that customer’s data was not accessed.
- If not cloud-based, then system must be accessible from outside our firewall using Cisco VPN without loss of performance or functionality.
- If the application includes a cellphone app, it should be compatible with the phones issued by SRPMIC at that time (currently Androids).
- Mobile diagnostics: Tool that installs on a cellphone or tablet PC to assist technicians with diagnosing vehicle issues.
- Photos and images that we attach to records must upload to a server, not create a link to wherever the file was when we attached it.
- Should be able to open a record and if we need to attach a document to it, click a button in the software that sends a scan job to whatever scanner is attached. Scanner would then scan the document and upload it to the record.
- Vendor must have established customer support processes to assist us with issues and with how-to questions.
- Users should be able to access the software through a web browser. If a client install is needed, that client must run on Windows 10 or later with the local and server Windows Firewalls and antivirus protections turned on.
- Back-end administration, including installation and upgrades, user security and permission administration, and application troubleshooting.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
