[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide fully-insured and self-funded medical insurance plans services.
- Traditional, self-funded third party administrative (TPA) services on a bundled and unbundled basis including
- Claims, enrollment, billing services and utilization management services
- Pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) services including specialty medication pharmacy carve-out options
- Stop-loss insurance - stop loss insurance quotes are to be included with bundled quotes; for unbundled quotes, stop-loss insurance quotes are optional. We will be seeking stand-alone stop-loss quotes as well but a vendor can submit quotes if it so chooses
- Third party administrative services, e.g., claims, enrollment, billing services and utilization management services
- Pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) services including specialty medication pharmacy carve-out options.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
