[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide photography and videography services for publication and archival purposes of various city activities.
- The city produces a wide array of printed, electronic, and video materials to support the city’s communications and marketing efforts.
- City programs and projects may include any or all of the following components:
o Professional headshots of employees and elected officials
o Professional group photos of council members and mayor
o Architectural and place setting photos of exterior and interior of sites around city, could include aerial
o Groundbreakings, ribbon cutting events, and special event formal photos
o Quality of life photos, depicting interaction and event celebrations (parades, festivals, community programs)
o Location shooting, location interviews, and assemblage of footage
o B-roll footage of events, city programs, and facilities
- Photographer assignments might include but are not limited to: news style or candid photography, event photography, business portrait photography, landscape and architectural photography, other high-end photography for annual reports and other publications, and aerial photography.
- Videographer assignments might include, but not be limited to: promotional, educational, social video projects; aerial (drone) footage; video editing; or simple b-roll footage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 28, 2020.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on December 16, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
