[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a comprehensive, turnkey and fully-integrated records management system and electronic patient care record solution.
- Complies with local and national standards around system security, reliability, and data privacy and access.
- Consolidates existing disparate systems into an “all-in-one” solution meeting the needs of all lines of service
- Provides real-time reporting and performance dashboards that allow GRFD to meet national reporting standards and help division leadership monitor key performance indicators.
- Provides built-in predictive analytics capabilities that will enable operational teams to make effective decision-making around future management of resources.
- Provides a seamless and easy-to-use user interface enabling efficient and accurate data entry and access to records and reporting.
- Provides a robust workflow management solution that enables real-time collaboration across Divisions on key tasks.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2020
(3) Pre-proposal conference will be held on January 5, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
