[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical claims administration and provider network services to provide medical benefits services administration, COBRA administration, FSA administration, claims adjudication, resolve claims disputes, timely data file feed transfers, management of claims appeals, electronic payment capabilities, open enrollment periods, and other relevant administrative services.
- Handle all appeals (including self-funded) and notify claimant of decision
- Creating and maintaining claims files
- Discussing claims, where appropriate, with physicians and other providers of service
- Obtaining and furnishing information regarding coordination of benefits
- Provide COBRA administration
- Provide Flexible Spending Account administration
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 28, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
