- Understanding the elements of the partnering process (charter, issue resolution, consistent evaluation, champions, communication protocols, continuous improvement, issue and action planning and reporting
- Understanding methods to employ to lead workshops and other meetings that bring teams to consensus on goals, expected outcomes and resolution of complex problems
- Understanding of how teams effectively identify problems, and challenges and develop effective resolution strategies
- Administering and reviewing progress assessments
- Ability to capture and report detailed information from workshops, and meetings and summarize data in a report
- Identify opportunities for inclusion from all members in each partnership served
- Deliver and furnish high quality facilitation services, and provide timely, accurate and reliable reporting
- Administer monthly evaluations and reporting for all partnerships served

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
