[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment and retention mission is to provide best in class, competitive and compliant employee benefit programs for employees and their families, including a qualified Flexible Spending Account program.
- Spending Account Plan eligibility- Active, full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees and elected officials, and COBRA participants
- Spending Account Plan Maximums - Health Care - $2,750 maximum (subject to annual change); Dependent Care - $5,000 maximum or $2,500 if married and filing separately
- Minimum election amount $100 annually in either spending account
- 24/7 call center and website employee portal included
- Annual Open Enrollment/Support Generally, October each year/onsite representative for on-day of EE meetings/benefits fair, as applicable
- Employer Reporting Administrator access to web portal, payroll period reporting, monthly reporting, and ad hoc reporting
- Self-billing monthly process for administration fees
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for four year.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
