[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial pharmacy benefit manger, employer group waiver program and specialty drug advocacy services to the government authority located in Mesa, AZ.
- Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) for administration of employee, non-Medicare eligible retiree and Medicare eligible retiree pharmacy benefits programs, effective January 1, 2022.
- City offers self-funded pharmacy benefits for enrolled members whose PPO medical plans (either active employee or retiree programs) are part of the city health plan, utilizing Cigna as a third party medical claims administrator, network administrator and integrated medical management, utilization and cost containment services.
- Comprehensive PBM services including: Guaranteed discounts, Claims adjudication, Member enrollment and eligibility maintenance, Patient and provider education and outreach, Systematic prospective, concurrent and retroactive drug utilization review, Network pharmacy management, Open Formulary management and 100% rebate funding, Data reporting, Online management of current pharmacy directories and formulary lists, 24/7/365 Customer Service, EGWP + Wrap Program Implementation/Administration/Compliance, Willingness to coordinate with the City selected external specialty drug advocacy contractor.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 26, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
