[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software licensing, maintenance, and support services that may include, but are not limited to:
- Furnish and install hardware (including laptops), software,
- Software setup and configuration,
- Tutorials, training, documentation, troubleshooting and support,
- Software upgrades, licensing, enhancements, modules, integration, reporting and other related services,
- Annual support services (software updates, phone support, website support, etc.), Custom data imports, exports, or reporting,
- Software implementation, data collection and data management,
- General consulting services pertaining to software, integration, coding or other related tasks, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2021.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
