(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach service for maintaining a project website, 24-hour/7-day per week answering services and construction hotline for residents and businesses, weekly public email updates, attend weekly construction progress meetings, coordination with contractor, construction manager, and city to mitigate public concerns and issues.
