(1) Vendor needs to provide customer flow management solution shall be capable of functioning normally in this environment shall be compatible with the latest version of applicable Microsoft Windows software e.g., operating system, browser, database, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 13, 2015.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
