(1) Vendor needs to provide automated and web-based employee absence and substitute management system for collect, track, manage and report data related to employee absences and sub activities, import data from and export data to related systems, include all development, hardware, services and software associated with related architecture, design, implementation and ongoing technical support and data for reporting and analysis.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 14, 2015.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
