[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources compensation and job architecture consulting services to create and implement a new job architecture and compensation system that will encompass all employees except student workers, graduate assistants, postdoctoral research scholars and faculty to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 13. 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
