(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services for coils, air handlers, air wash units, evaporators, condensate pans, dampers, plenums, related piping, piping insulation replacement, air handler and duct insulation replacement, fan housings and filter frames to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 24, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be two years.
