(1) Vendor needs to provide medical benefits administrative services for pharmacy benefit management, third party administrative, employee assistance program and business associate agreement and TPA account service team staff, PBM account service team staff, EAP account service team staff to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
(2) A pre-proposal conference meeting will be held on July 25, 2017.
(3) A contract period will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
