(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services s for the interior portions, including the exterior walks and exterior windows, including skylights, per the established task list for buildings also provide materials like cleaners, disinfectants, waxes, wax stripping materials, wastebasket liners, feminine product disposable bin liners, deodorant bars for toilets and
urinals, urinal mats, electrical odour control, and any other products and equipment

(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 1, 2017.
