(1) Vendor needs to provide closed captioning service to live, real-time captioning meetings, Meeting will be held on the first and third Thursday of each month. Provide a written transcript within 24 hours. Provide transcription hardware and software for captioning each meeting
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
