[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health software to include all upgrades and telephone technical support, as needed, Stix® employee health software is vital to the daily operations of the occupational health service line for maintaining employee records, to recording TB skin tests (PPD) and all other immunizations, tracking compliance and running reports on rates for infection control monitoring.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
