(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services for hire a city manager including, but not limited to, assessment processes, recommended leadership assessment tools and recommendation for key stakeholder involvement, conduct a national search, targeted, personal recruitment of potential candidates, review and screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews on selected candidates, conduct detailed background and professional reference checks on recommended finalists, coordinate all correspondence and record keeping throughout the process and assist in preparing interview questions and other techniques to evaluate candidates to the government authority located in Goodyear, AZ.
(2) Contract period will be one year.
