(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition or energy management system that encompasses commissioning and conducting all system hardware, software, training and support with anticipated deployments of both a distribution management system and outage management system, utilize modern facilities and techniques to provide the high-speed data collection, data analysis and decision-making processing required in improving system economy and reliability and designed to augment current operating procedures and interface with existing equipment.
