[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development, facilitation and documentation of a 2018, “peer exchange” that shall be held to explore exemplary practices in engaging stakeholders in the Department Research Program to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- As agency staff with information needs, i.e., customers for new research studies,
- As technical experts who play a critical role in the review and approval of research deliverables,
- As decision-makers who provide input to the research program (e.g., members of the Department’s Research Advisory Committee) and play the key role in the implementation of research recommendations,
- Clearer and more accessible communication to stakeholders than what the traditional report offers,
- Emphasis on key content with less text,
- work with the Department’s project manager and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to refine the work plan and a detailed schedule,
- facilitate the peer exchange discussions and associated activities.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
