[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide policy and procedure document maintenance and management solution.
- Allow for a standardized approach to management, storage and updating of departments work systems, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Document institutional knowledge to assist with succession planning and job understanding.
- Ensure employees at all levels of the organization have been notified of a policy, policy change, operational change etc. to increase efficiency and ensure consistent service levels.
- Reduce duplication and redundancy of work by providing a consistent format and storage platform that is easily managed and accessible.
- Manage content more effectively and allow for annual review to ensure practices are current and in line with policies, procedures and work processes.
- Provide a training platform where employees can access job specific manuals and videos and document that they have reviewed the information and successfully completed the training.
- Creation of templates for policies, procedures and documents.
- Conversion of internal customer service forms.
- Completion of a review and approval workflow cycle.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 5, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
