[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voice and network communication services including high level of cross platform functionality and ease of use when callers and end users transition between fixed and mobile platforms, ability to operate communications systems that function as independent systems from a security, access or end-user perspective, enables business applications to directly integrate and manage communication functionality, capability to have a call transcribed and sent via email and multi-media messaging service, ability to reply via voice call, video call or text when available, end to end full encryption including at rest, allow VoIP calls to be answered via computer or other device to allow a call to follow the user no matter their geographical locations or technology used and allow announcement of calling party to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on September 27, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
