[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital recording software for capabilities of the court and broaden access to the digital record for the benefit of the judiciary, court staff, the legal community, and members of the general public, ability to offer solutions and implementation of enhancements of the current audio system, ability to record multiple audio channels, allowing for isolated audio channel playback, capable of recording bench conferences and ensuring the conversations are not broadcasted over the audio system and utilize media that can be upgradeable to future technologies with low associated costs.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 20, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
