[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based online ergonomics educational portal for preventative and occasional workers compensation or Americans with disabilities act claims, creating a work environment that is comfortable and efficient for employees, offer employees general training and information about various ergonomic wellness topics, such as proper desk set-up, ergonomic risk factors, proper work technique, personal health factors and behaviors and safe work practices through web based training, videos, and downloads, allow for employees to participate in an online assessment that provides recommendations for chair posture, periodic stretching, and other simple modifications, ability of students to apply learning to workstation use, allow for employees to self-register and must be capable of full integration with an identity management software, analyze the employee job duties and work flow.
(2) An optional pre-bid conference will be held on February 19, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 21, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
