[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computer-based centralized inventory system for maintains a separate and independent system, reports, maintain audit trails, track order history and calculate depreciation and value, allow users to update certain data fields, able to support multiple warehouses/locations and support the addition of new facilities, track consumable and non-consumable inventory, track expiration dates and provide notifications of items expiring, track installation dates and end-of-life- dates, maintain audit trails for orders, transactions, and deliveries, support the tracking of items returned, damaged or replaced, support the use of a management dashboard to allow staff to identify order and stock issues quickly, ability to track order history, ability to track the value of an item at purchase and as the value diminishes over time, able to search/report on any of the data fields entered, ability to generate ammunition inventory and use reports.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 25, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
