[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide trustee services of bond registrar, transfer agent, paying agent, and trustee services for any bonds issued by the City or its agencies, during the contract term and any extension, through the final maturity date of such bonds to the government authority located in Peoria, AZ.
- Trustee Services will include the following participate in discussions with the city’s internal financing team, and contracted financial advisor and bond counsel, as required which may include the preparation and review of required legal documents, assist in preparation of applicable offering documents, continuing disclosure agreements and other necessary bond documents, attend and participate in meetings as requested including due diligence, presentations to city council, and bond closings, provide administration for the bond proceeds and other related accounts until final bond maturity.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
