Vendor needs to provide bicycle detection cameras shall combine in one unit/housing thermal and full high definition (1920 x 1080) visible light imaging technology with advanced video analytics to provide separate vehicle and bicycle presence detection and data collection,
- Detection cameras shall be able to detect in all lighting conditions (dusk, dawn, full sunlight, total darkness, etc.) and inclement weather (dust, smoke, fog, wet conditions, etc.),
- Detection cameras shall support streaming video in MJPEG, MPEG-4 and H.264 format, both for the thermal and the visual sensor,
- The thermal traffic sensor shall not utilize dynamic apertures to protect the image sensor, thermal optics shall automatically adjust to back ground thermal changes, and shall not require readjustment and thermal refocusing, Detection cameras shall not be susceptible to “image blooming” caused by bright lights as are image intensifiers and visible spectrum sensors,
- Detection cameras shall be able to be configured and viewed (both thermal and visual streaming video images) using a standard web browser such as Microsoft internet explorer or google chrome, and must be cyber secured to the government authority located in Chandler, AZ.
