(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services for affordable housing portfolio requirements contract to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Credit Check (for cash handling, accounting, and compliance positions only).
- Driving records (for driving positions only).
- Fingerprint verification.
- Real identity and legal name, and will include felony and misdemeanour records.
(2) A pre-proposal conferences will be held on July 26, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
