[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide videography services for video filming and editing services to
support the promotion and awareness of valley metro campaigns, programs, services and events.
- Provide pre-production services, as requested, including planning, scoping, concept development, scriptwriting, scheduling, location identification and pre-production meetings
- Provide production services, including but not limited to, producing, scripting, shooting, lighting and editing
- Have access to license-free music and voiceover talent
- Have the ability to shoot and incorporate drone footage
- Provide post-production services, including video editing and post-production skills
experience with animation, graphics, infographics and other special effects
- Provide deliverables in formats compatible for sharing and posting on YouTube channel, Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, valleymetro.org, broadcast
- Have capabilities to do or provide closed captioning, metatags, audio description and transcripts
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 27, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
