Government authority located in Scottsdale, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for access control system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide access control system s for tribal communities and local government agencies of similar size and in larger agencies to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.
- The successful Proposer shall be responsible for the final owner-approved design, configuration, installation, and delivery of the solution including development of user acceptance testing, system integration, and connectivity of existing resources.
1. Please provide a review of Access Control System capabilities, which is to include
a. Information Technology (including, but not limited to):
i. Software;
ii. Operating Systems and Databases supported
iii. Hardware options, including operating systems supported;
iv. Network connectivity;
v. Ability to integrate with third-party software and hardware systems, such as, but not limited to, surveillance/video management, secure key cabinets, and building automation systems;
vi. Limiting the loss of data when not connected to the network
b. Data Security:
i. HIPAA Compliance
1. Ability to define roles and permissions available to different tiers of users within the application.
2. Provide instructions on how to run a report or take the screenshot that shows all administrative users in the system.
3. Provide instructions as to how users are granted/removed from accessing the application

(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 27, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
