Government Authority located in El Mirage, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for door-to-door transportation services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide door-to-door transportation services for an independent consultant to perform/provide door-to-door shared-ride transportation services for qualified residents of city to the government authority located in El Mirage, AZ.
- Provides on-demand door-to-door transportation service, based upon certification of eligibility, for city’s seniors ages 65 and older and persons with disabilities within the dial-a-ride boundary
- This transportation program serves as a courtesy for el mirage residents within our boundaries (see map below); exceptions are made outside of the defined boundaries for essential medical services
- Consultant for any door-to-door trip as needed
- Calls are answered on non-holiday weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.; service may be requested between 2 and 7 days before the desired travel
- Same day service will be available for emergency trips, such as a trip to or from the hospital or emergency room or an urgent doctor’s appointment, however, same-day service will only be available on a space available basis and is not guaranteed. (any life-threatening medical emergencies must be handled through 911).
(2) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
