[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide video security system for the care and treatment of persons with mental disorders and persons with other personality disorders or emotional conditions who will benefit from care and treatment including long-term inpatient psychiatric care to city who have been court-ordered to receive psychiatric treatment, through either the civil or criminal process. Our Civil Hospital serves individuals who have been determined by the courts to require treatment pursuant to civil commitment statutes to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Campus wide: - It is the Hospital’s expectation that the entire hospital campus will be monitored by a single system, with all feeds accessible to approved users through a secure portal.
- Easily scalable: - Both with respect to additional infrastructure expansion, as well as the number of authorized users able to access video footage in accordance with Hospital policies and protocols.
- HD Quality: - The Hospital’s video surveillance data is used for internal and external investigations and may be provided to law enforcement entities if requested via a subpoena, it is critical the video is of high-quality to ensure any situation under investigation is clearly discernible (720p minimum resolution).
- Self-monitoring: - The system should continuously audit its components and immediately alert designated Hospital staff, through email or text, of a system or camera outage requiring correction.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
