[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physical and digital archival records processing services to assist in organizing, preserving, and cataloging a contemporary political papers collection to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.
- preserve the records of a distinguished state and national political figure
- focus on establishing physical and intellectual control of approximately 1550 boxes, with the possibility for the inclusion of additional accretions, and approximately 2 terabytes of digital content, all processed according to professional best practices and ethics in conjunction with University Library standards and use considerations
- Processed digital materials packaged according to the “BagIt” specification and accompanying inventory and cataloging information that may be imported into Archives Space.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
