[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide radio media partner services radio media partner for the town’s star-spangled spectacular event, held each year on July 4th.
- The event features live music, food, vendors, and kids’ activities.
- Provides coverage promoting the event in the months leading up to the event date
- Reaches an audience that reflects the Marana community, as well as reflects the appropriate tone and scope of the event
- Expands the town’s reach into new audiences that will enhance and grow event attendance
- Live event coverage and on-site presence
- Emcee services
- Sponsor an attraction within the event with the ability to sell additional sponsorships to Town-approved entities
- Recruiting of musical talent for the star-spangled spectacular
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 17, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
